What it does: The highlighting pencil s dual ends feature a matte side and shimmer side for a day-to-night look. The matte side can be used to create a soft highlight while the shimmer end gives your eyes a soft, satiny glow.
How to use: Apply the shimmer end of the highlighting pencil first, directly along the brow bone underneath the brow hairs. Apply the matte on top for a natural finish. Blend upward and outward using the index finger.
