How to use: Apply to clean, bare lips. It can be worn with a lip liner. To use as a blush, keep the bullet only slightly rolled up to prevent breakage. Swipe the product onto the back of your sanitized hand and use a buffing brush to apply product onto your cheeks for a full flush of color.
