What it is: An adaptogenic blend of tranquil super-herbs and chamomile flower to help combat the effects of stress to soothe tension for deep rest.

Jujube seed is a time-tested sleep aid; chamomile flower helps soothe the nervous system; and polygala root is known to release stagnant emotions through dreams. It tastes sweet and like chamomile.
How to use: Stir into warm, golden milk (nut milk with turmeric) or in herbal tea before bed. To make a nightcap, mix eight ounces of hot water or milk with 1–2 Dream Dust sachets.
