How to use: Begin with a clean eye area free of makeup. After cleansing and moisturizing skin, apply the lash serum along the upper and lower lashlines as you would a liquid eyeliner. Next, apply the serum from your lash root to tip, as you would a mascara. Wait 1–2 minutes before your eye makeup application.
