Additional features: The hand-honed Honbazuke blade boasts scalpel-like sharpness and an authentic thin Japanese-blade profile with a 9.5–12º edge angle. The mirror-polished blade features Japanese design details including a sandblasted katana edge and embossed MIYABI logo. Stylishly stamped with a mosaic pin, an ergonomic pakkawood handle design nestles comfortably in the hand, while the rounded spine and heel ensure tireless cutting.
