Lightly steamed (asamushi) first‑flush sencha from Kagoshima. Elegant, succulent and clean with a fresh, smooth finish. Made from organic Japanese green tea and packed at the farm in small 50 g (≈1.8 oz) retail bags. Processing: First flush, asamushi-style sencha picked early in spring.
- Ingredients: Organic Japanese green tea. Caffeine: Low. Origin: Kagoshima, Japan. Contains L-theanine, an amino acid found in high-quality Japanese green teas that contributes to their calming character. How to brew: Add 1 level tablespoon tea to your brewing vessel. Cover with 4 oz cold, filtered water and steep 2 minutes. Add 8 oz boiling water and steep 30 seconds. Decant and enjoy.
