- Instructions:
- Every time before starting with Gua Sha, apply the green tea oil to your face
- Forehead: Keep Gua Sha flat and scrape with an upwards and outwards motion from the eyebrows to the hairline.
- Cheeks: Scrape in an outwards motion starting from the crease of the nose towards the ear.
- Jawline: begin at the chin and scrape towards the ear.
