How to use: Press the device on and cleanse your skin. Choose your targeted light. Place the device directly over the targeted area for 3 minutes (you can touch your skin with device). Move to a new area and repeat until you have treated all desired areas. Hold down button to turn off. To clean: clean the device-head after each use. Charging: charge device after usage with the attached USB. Use the device 2-4 times a week.
