How to use: Apply Step 1 of Dual Lock like mascara under your lashes, focusing on the roots. Then generously swipe the base of each lash segment with Step 2 of Dual Lock. Place segments under your natural lashes, starting from the inner corner. Once lashes are in place, crimp them with tweezers to lock them in securely.
