Available in a universal pink hue, the quick-drying, long-wearing primer ensures smooth application for your eye color while keeping it free of smudging and enhancing its color. It s formulated with silica for a blurring, soft-focus effect and second-skin texture.

How to use: Apply directly to your eyelids using the doe-foot applicator. Use before your eyeshadow to achieve smoother application, maximized color payoff and longer wear.
