What it is: A tubular, volumizing mascara that forms a water-resistant, 360-degree coating around lashes, dries instantly and cannot smudge or smear.

What it does: Better than waterproof, the 24-hour formula stays looking freshly applied yet slides off with just warm water, without leaving residue.

How to use: Place wand at the roots of the lashes. Press and wiggle back and forth, continuing to apply through lashes to the tips.
