POWER GRID: FRANCE / ITALY EXPANSION - the first addition to the hugely popular and award-winning game, offers new challenges with two new maps. FRANCE MAP: France has an emphasis on nuclear power so this map features a larger supply of uranium and faster access to the first nuclear power plant. Paris is a huge city with lots of demand for power but too much emphasis on one city has its perils! France, a land that has embraced nuclear power, has an earlier start with atomic plants and more uranium available. ITALY MAP: Italy has very limited resources than its neighbors. Italy has more waste, but fewer coal and oil resources. Both coal and oil can quickly become both scarce and expensive. Combined with relatively high connecting costs in some parts of the country due to natural geography, players will often find themselves short of cash. EXPANSION: This is an expansion only. You must have Power Grid or Power Grid: Recharged to play. Offers 60-120 min game play for 2-6 players. Economic board game.
