How do I know if my jade ring is real?

There are a couple of different ways to identify real jade. The most common is the scratch test: if the jade scratches easily, it may not be real. Real jade is also cool to the touch and doesn’t warm easily. When in doubt, work with a certified gemologist to determine the authenticity of your jade ring.
