What is Nathalie du Pasquier famous for?

1 Answer
What is Nathalie du Pasquier famous for?
Nathalie du Pasquier is famous for her art. She was a founding member of the Memphis Group, the Italian collaborative that created some of the most radical and attention-getting designs of the postmodern period, upending the accepted standards of how furniture should look. During her time with the group, she made furniture, patterns, textiles and ceramics. In the late 1980s, her focus shifted to painting still lifes of everyday objects.
