Who manufactures Chanel eyewear?

Luxottica manufactures Chanel eyewear. Chanel sunglasses and other eyewear designed by the iconic luxury fashion brand have been made in Italy for decades.
A licensing agreement was renewed in 2020 between Chanel and the Milan-based Luxottica, with which Chanel first partnered in 1999 for its first-ever eyewear collection. Many vintage pairs of Chanel sunglasses are branded with "Made in Italy" on the interior of one of the arms of the frames.
