Béatrice Bescond says about this series : "The tree proposes an organic complexity and growth processes which have been mathematically modeled with fractals. Playing with the principles of these structures, I realized a series of ink drawings on paper in tondo format, in which graphics unfold between order and chaos and produce a hypnotic effect because of the multitude of thin tracks converging into a center or radiating to the periphery. Vision becomes unfocused and the gaze is carried out into a vortex of particles. A circular foliage takes shape without tangling. The light of the paper runs between each line and draws in outline a new tree structure, irrigating the breath of a World Tree. Imagination awakes because of the multiple possible recompositions of the vegetal fiber merging and disappearing, or outcrops sometimes almost imperceptibly, evoking bark, capillaries, or even a solar eclipse."
