About the Item
Title of the work "Queens Move". Series "Office".
This series was first exhibited in the lobby of the South Quadrum building (Konstitucijos Ave. 21B), a site whose office function playfully and ironically resonated with the themes of the work. Created for this context, the paintings reflected on the nature of contemporary work culture, turning a corporate space into a temporary gallery.
As in earlier works, the artist drew on the contextual qualities of the site. The setting itself became part of the exhibition, amplifying the themes of routine, confinement, and transformation explored in the series.
Viewers were transported into an alternative reality where all traces of humanity had disappeared, and every figure was transformed into an animal trapped in the nine-to-five routine. Through this perspective, the office lobby was reimagined as both a stage and a cage, prompting reflection on the ways in which labor structures and defines human (and post-human) existence.

Ettoja is one of the most prominent illustrators and street art creators in Lithuania. His work explores themes such as social issues, ecology, environmental protection, and the relationship between urban and natural worlds. Often employing the principles of animated storyboards, his creations attempt to capture moments, freeze objects in time, and delve into questions of impermanence, temporality, and the fragility of the moment.
Certificate of Authenticity issued by the gallery and signed by artist is included.

Ettoja is a Ukrainian-born, Lithuania-based artist with a background in architecture. In his colourful murals and paintings, he explores environmental and social themes by using ethnographical patterns and symbols and mixing them with the urban and digital world elements. Artist’s most significant graphic element is a black thick line. He uses it in a austere manner, reminiscent of architectural drawings. His iconic Einstein-Traveller mural, located near Vilnius’ bus and train stations, has become one of the city’s most recognizable street art landmarks. Ettoja has also contributed to Vilnius' 700th anniversary campaign and created murals for leading tech companies.

Tom Cruise,
Screen Print and Oil Stick on Canvas by XVALA
By XVALA
Located in Oklahoma City, OK
This large, mixed media work by artist XVALA depicts the infamous actor Tom Cruise. The background features primarily painted gold and white tones with a variety of images of Tom Cruise enhanced by the artist with oil stick. The painting is layered with images of the actor and masks created by the artist.
XVALA's art illuminates the hidden fallout spawned from our high tech Internet age. His Fear Google campaign exposed the decay of privacy and No Delete used hacked nude celebrity photos to highlight loss of control over personal information. The artist has worked with trash from the homes of Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs, and others, as well as dirt from the graves of George Orwell and Aldous Huxley. The dirt appears in the New World Order collection as part of a pyramidal, 3D printed, living ant farm...
