Hugo Anton Fisher: 1854-1916. Well listed American artist, mostly associated with California and New York. He has auction results over $38,000. This fabulous watercolor with a setter possibly Irish setter in the foreground and his owner in the background measures 21 1/4 inches high by 15 1/2 inches wide. The frame measures 29 inches high by 23 inches wide. The watercolor is in excellent condition there’s some reflection in the glass in the photos .
