This artwork "Cityscape" c.1965, Is a watercolor on paper by California impressionist artist Alfred A. Cunningham, b.1932. It is signed at the lower right corner by the artist. The size is 18 x 21 inches. It is in excellent condition, 2 small old tape marks from previous framing remain on the back of the sheet. About the artist: Alfred A. Cunningham was active in Northern California in the 1950's-1970's and was known for portraying subjects ranging from portraits to landscapes, mostly rendered in watercolor. He was a member of the Marin Society of Artists, Marin Watercolor Society and Peninsula Outdoor Painters and was associated with the Artists Co-op. San Francisco, the Watercolor Artists of San Francisco, Artists Equity, and was Artist-in-residence at the de Young Museum in San Francisco.
