Biography:
Filippo Bartolini (1861-1908) was an Italian painter. Bartolini studied at the Academy of San Luca with Tarenghi and Ferrari. He then settled in Rome where characteristics of Italian Orientalism were outlined: clarity of colors, transparency of watercolor and meticulous details.
