About the Item

Hugh Cushing British Artist Cushing began his career after studying architecture and Fine art , by setting up a consultancy in Toronto producing design and illustration for architecture, Film and Theatre. After a move to France he began painting for pleasure and that soon turned to a full time calling. He has many exhibitions and is now based in Europe, mostly in France where he continues to paint people, places and buildings that interest him. This is a charming and charismatic watercolour that takes you right into a French Bar, one can almost hear the "cud being chewed" (in french of course!) Another great Kitchen or Dining Room painting that will amuse all who sees!
