Mkrtich Sarkisyan (Mcho) was born in 1958 Yerevan, Armenia. Graduated fine art college named Terlemzian. Upon graduation and afterwards he is actively participated in local and regional juried competitions and was recognized for his visionary drawings
and talent.
Today this master ink drawings can be found in many museums and private collections around the world.

The intense movement suggestive of rearing horses in this painterly work is in keeping with Lui's theme of pilgrimage in which he explores the idea of "self-inflicted happiness" as a deliberate response to the melancholy and complexity of life.
