Description: A striking abstract figurative composition by the well-listed French post-impressionist painter Pierre Neveu, executed in watercolor and gouache with visible pencil construction lines on artists paper. The scene depicts a group of loosely rendered figures, several wearing broad-brimmed hats, gathered within a dynamic and energetic environment.
