Description: This expressive watercolor and gouache by Pierre Neveu depicts a sunlit village street scene characteristic of southern France. Built around a gently curving pathway that draws the eye into the composition, the work is framed by pale stone buildings with terracotta-tiled roofs, softened by the presence of mature trees and climbing greenery.
