Description: This evocative watercolour by Pierre Neveu captures the timeless beauty of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, one of the most enchanting villages on the French Riviera, situated between Menton and Monaco. Framed by stone walls and flowering terraces, the scene opens toward the glittering blue of the Mediterranean Sea — a perfect study in contrast between architectural shadow and coastal light.
