Description: A beautifully atmospheric street scene by French Post-Impressionist painter Pierre Neveu (b.1929), this original watercolour and gouache captures the quiet rhythm of life within a sunlit village. The composition is defined by strong architectural contrasts: whitewashed walls, shadowed alleys, and crisp angular forms that frame a single figure walking through the scene.
