This beautiful watercolour study with gum arabic depicts two affluent gentleman shooting with hounds before a landscape. In swift flight a woodcock can be seen to the right of the composition, now safely out of range from the guns. Unsigned. The Sporting scene has been well presented in a dark teal mount and bright gilt frame with floral running pattern. On paper.
