The Pond is a beautiful small format drawing created between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th Century. The work is realized with black pencil, with shaded charcoal and touches of white lead that creates the volumes and the lights. It represents a natural landscape crossed by a small bridge located on the lower part of the drawing.
