Delicate rendition of Vernal Falls by an unknown artist (20th Century). Chinese watercolor school. This piece is on rice paper, laid down on heavier paper. Includes an artist's chop and calligraphy by Brenda Conner along the right edge. Inscription on verso reads "Painting from a photo I took of Rube on our hike 1985 on Yosemite Mist Trail. Painted November 1993. Calligraphy by Brenda Conner: "Things pass by but they are never gone; when the future looks back it is like the present looking at the past". Presented in a double mat of blue-grey and black; silver metal frame with glass. Image size: 18"H x 13.5"W
