About the Item
Here for your consideration is a very well executed pencil (graphite) drawing on archival paper of a young aristocratic lady. Attributed to the hand of the British artist, J.R. Vincent. See last photo to see a very similar portrait signed lower right by J. R. Vincent. Circa 1860. Condition is excellent. Mild toning of the paper consistent with age. Under glass. The drawing is framed in a thin silver leaf frame in fine original condition. Overall framed measurements are 12 by 14.25 inches. Provenance: A Sarasota, Florida estate.
