ABOUT // I am an artist and instructor based in Southeast Michigan. My work has been exhibited at 500X Gallery in Dallas, Gallery Aferro in New Jersey, Bridge for Emerging Contemporary Arts Gallery in New Orleans, International Print Center of New York, and Published in New American Paintings. I currently am a collaborator at Gallery Project, and co-curated the recent exhibition “Post Apocalypse.” I like to explore multiple materials when creating images ranging from painting, printmaking, and new media. I currently am the area head for printmaking at Eastern Michigan University

I’m interested in creating relationships between communities, individuals, technologies and environments. Within these relationships I explore the complications formed as multiple facets of an ecosystem interact with each other. These complications act as metaphors for contemporary American society and life in the internet age. Biology, cinema, literature, video games, and other forms of communication inspire these relationships.
