The artist studied in Europe, joining various painting ateliers and art courses such as Sotheby’s and ICA - Institute of Contemporary Art/Christies in London. In the late 90s’, she enrolled at “The Art Students’ League of New York”, where she first became involved with printmaking. Claudia Martínez Lanz (b. 1957, Mexico City) is a multi-disciplinary artist primarily focused on experimental techniques related to printmaking, painting and ceramics.
