Lauren Truono has spent her summers on Nantucket for over thirty seasons in a row, working various jobs and enjoying all the wonderful adventures, events, and relationships the island has to offer. In this time, she has collected and saved countless magazines, brochures, items, and newspapers that date back fifty years in which she has used to create her collages.
The Nantucket Experience is a multimedia twelve-panel collage that celebrates the Island of Nantucket by showcasing its iconic places, influential figures, rich history, and memorable events. This stunning display is designed to evoke cherished memories, deep emotions, inspire future adventures, and invites you to connect with the heart and soul of this remarkable island.
