Les lithographies de Renoir is a splendid limited edition of Renoir's lithographs.
Specimen number 327 of 3000 copies printed on Grand Véline Renage Filigrane paper.
From a note at the head of the volume: " The cover is an original and unpublished composition of Renoir, that the artist had created for the cover of a book on his work. The frontispiece is a portrait of Auguste Renoir by himself. An oil painting (36x47) executed in 1910. We were able to reproduce it thanks to the kindness of Pierre Renoir ".
In-4º, text in French by Claude Roger-Marx, pp. 86, cm 32 x 1.5 x 25, 1951.
Covered by tissue paper. Truly in perfect conditions.
