energetic artwork is from an intense body of gestural abstract work that formed the very foundations of her output as a professional artist. Painted in 1999, Practice Room (Musician with Guitar) is a rare early work by British contemporary artist Angela Wakefield, created at the beginning of her professional journey and revealing the foundations of her distinctive visual language.
