Emmi Iida (b. 1990, Finland) is a Finnish multidisciplinary artist whose work spans abstract painting, sound, interior architecture, and conceptual installations. Living and working in the Finnish countryside, she draws inspiration from Nordic nature, spirituality, and the unseen currents of energy that shape human experience. Her paintings — layered, textural, and symbolic — embody a contemporary dialogue between Nordic minimalism and expressive abstraction. Emmi’s work frequently integrates elemental colors, fabric, and gestural forms that explore connection, transformation, and the tension between structure and surrender. Each piece reflects her interest in energy flow, presence, and the intersection of art and environment. Since launching her creative career in 2014, Emmi has exhibited across Europe and the United States. Her practice bridges visual art, soundscapes, and spatial design under her atelier brand Atelier Grain, and her record label EFG Records. She is also the creator of the EFG Method, an approach to spatial energy alignment that informs her artistic process.
