"La Belle" - Oil and Acrylic on Canvas Oil and acrylic multicolor and multitextured abstract painting by Patricia Selin (American, B 1936-). Greens, purples, blues and whites take up the canvas, with a focal point depicting a thick blue line as the base, with pops of greens and purples mixed into the blues. White acrylic paint is splashed on the bottom left of the blue, giving a lifted texture and a pop of contrast. As the blue fades out, purple and green take over the center, fainting out to the bottom right of the canvas. Titled "La Belle" on verso. Signed "Patricia Salen" on verso Presented in a wood glossed frame. Frame: 27"H x 33"W Image: 23.5"H x 29.5"W Patricia Selin (Henrietta) was born in Salt Lake City, Utah where she learned to paint at a young age.
