This work continues the theme of inner stability in the face of external uncertainty. In moments when the ground seems to slip away and everything feels vague and unpredictable, it becomes especially important to focus on something simple, clear, and familiar.
Sheep always remain sheep. That is their strength. They don’t change, don’t react to chaos — they simply exist in their own rhythm, naturally and calmly. This is an image that grounds us, brings us back to ourselves, to reality, to something that requires no explanation.
Here, it’s about the balance that can be found even in chaos. The piece opens up space for reflection, where color tension and flowing forms become a metaphor for the surrounding instability — while the sheep serve as a focal point, a steady anchor, a return to what is simple, real, and clear.
Iryna Rets is a Ukrainian artist born in 1974 in Donetsk. She received education in clothing design. From 1993 to 2021, she successfully worked as a fashion designer,
participating in international exhibitions. In 2014, she moved to Kyiv, and in 2022,
she left fashion to focus on art. Iryna explores beauty through figurative and abstract
forms, offering viewers new perspectives on fragility and anti-fragility. Her clothing
design skills continue to inspire her creative process and contribute to the
development of new ideas in art.
Iryna Rets is a Ukrainian artist who explores fragility and anti-fragility as key themes
in her work. She transforms complex emotions and challenges into sources of inner
strength, zest for life, and harmony. Her art aims to prompt viewers to reconsider
life`s challenges and find new meanings through their experiences. Iryna``s works
create a space for dialogue, helping to see in the world``s fragility opportunities for
