Artist Jenn Williamson created this piece using cold wax and oil, with palette knives that build soft, layered textures.
About the Artist
Artist Jenn Williamson offers tranquility and solace with her dreamlike landscape compositions. Following the dictates of her heart, Jenn works without any reference materials and operates with her intuition. Despite having a more abstract approach, her artwork conveys the atmospheric attributes of natural elements, from ethereal clouds to boundless seas. “Connection is at the core of everything I do, and painting allows me to connect with my Creator, the gifts I have given, and the people that are touched by my work,†says Jenn. Before discovering her passion for painting, she explored various creative avenues, including fashion design, woodworking, and furniture refinishing. Today, Jenn works in her home studio filled with ample natural light pouring in through the windows. When she is not painting, Jenn dedicates her time to working with a charity that helps at-risk and vulnerable youth, sharing precious moments with her family and friends, and listening to uplifting podcasts and audiobooks.

Artist Jenn Williamson is an intuitive painter. In her work, she responds to her feelings and the way she is growing or changing to become a better human being. She loves to nurture and inspire others in their journey. And creativity has been at the core of how she processes situations and experiences. "I painted this during a season where I was focused on nurturing my spiritual and emotional sides," says Jenn. "Rather than being driven to succeed and produce results to feel valued, I find great strength in meditation."
