Editor of the magazine “Latvian Art in Europe”, Germany 1973. Member of Dortmund Artist Unity “Dortmund Group”, Germany 1971. Lecturer at the congress for Art pedagogy (lecture at “Cybernetic Aesthetics”), in his own paintings he started a new turn – “Magic Realism”, Finland 1970. Participant at delegation of German Art Scientist group at the congress “International Society for Education through Arts – INSEA – 70”, Coventry, England 1966. – 82. Arts Pedagogy at Helmholtch Gymnasium “Cybernetic Aesthetics”, Dortmund, Germany 1966. Obtained a license of Art pedagogy, Germany 1957. -62. Member of Foltch Artists’ Union, Germany 1940. – 44.
