About the Item

Staircase to Summit by Natalia Roman channels the spirit of Bauhaus geometry and Space Age optimism through a precise yet poetic composition of intersecting forms and color fields. Soft blues, blush tones, and sunlit golds create a sense of architectural depth and ascension, balancing order and imagination. The work’s clean geometry and modern palette recall the visionary aesthetics of mid-century design, where structure and serenity converge in a dream of modern living. BIO Natalia Roman is a talented contemporary artist whose colorful and abstract paintings have been exhibited in galleries across Europe and are part of private collections worldwide. Her artistic style draws inspiration from geometric, minimalist shapes, and paintings from the beginning of Modernism, with a special emphasis on Bauhaus forms and Art Deco shapes of the 30s, 40s, and 50s. One of the most striking features of Roman's works is her great use of color and form. She skillfully blends hues, resulting in subtle and chic combinations that complement both vintage and modern furniture. Her unique color choices and expert use of form allow her work to stand out and be easily recognizable. Roman's paintings are the perfect addition to any space. The subtle and chic color combinations combine beautifully with carefully crafted designer spaces. Her works do not overwhelm a room but instead bring a level of sophistication and elegance to it.

Steele's puzzle-like, discontinuous sections draw you across and into the work. This masterful original artwork comes with a minimalist frame and would make a great addition to an art collection, enhancing most any home, and perfect for those who have an affinity for abstracts, contemporary paintings, and color-rich works of art.
