"The constant search for matter with its limitations has led me to work with different elements throughout my career, but it is now with cement, waxes and tar that I have found my own language. It gives me the desired result, the freedom and strength to express myself."
"My work is a process of awareness and passion, building spaces of formal brevity. The essence of minimal and sober forms are the presence of a unique moment, simplicity and energy of emotions. I leave aside all the superfluous to stay with the subtle path of the stroke and the hardness of the imprint. It is the whole of my past, anchored in the present, with the nakedness of silence. They are feelings that I cannot express with words, but with the muteness of cement, shown through plastic creativity"
