About the Artist:
Silvie Ulrika Kinart, an emerging artist born on February 19, 1997, in Los Angeles, California, blends the disciplines of graphic design and street art into her unique creative expression. Educated in Santa Barbara, Silvie's talents span across various mediums, including spray paint, acrylics, oil sticks, and markers, which she adeptly manipulates to capture the pulsating life of city streets, inspired by her experiences in Berlin and Budapest. Currently, she is furthering her academic pursuits with a degree in Psychology at Purdue University, adding depth to her understanding of the human experience which informs her artistry. Kinart's photography has been exhibited in Vancouver, and her work continues to evolve as she explores the intersection of urban vibrancy and psychological insight. From childhood, art has been my solace, a response to navigating life with ADHD. Whether drawing, painting, or delving into graphic design and photography, I create from an innate need for expression. Inspired by Kandinsky, Dali, Basquiat, and Schiele, my art is a journey of constant growth and creative exploration.
