Anna Abys-Lotz (1861–1945) was a Swiss painter born on October 10, 1861, in Basel, where she also passed away on July 4, 1945.
She specialized in watercolor paintings, focusing on landscapes and portraits.
One of her notable works is "Trachtenportrait eines jungen Mädchens," a pastel portrait of a young girl in traditional costume. This piece was auctioned on May 9, 1992.
Additionally, her painting "Viviers" has been reproduced, reflecting the continued appreciation of her work.
