About the Item

Where Have You Hidden? In this work, Iryna Burda explores the invisible inner boundaries shaped by subconscious patterns and social stereotypes. The image emerges as a fragmented shadow of identity, slipping away at the moment of recognition. Each brushstroke is an act of searching — painful, uncertain. This painting is not a question, but a state: between appearance and disappearance, between self-observation and self-forgetting. “Where Have You Hidden?” is an attempt to name absence and reach the self concealed beneath fear and conditioning.
