Mated pair of oil-on-canvas, sheep and goat paintings in hand-painted and gilded frames. From the circle of Rosa di Tivoli (1655-1706), a highly regarded Baroque artist active in and around Rome during the late 17th and early 18th centuries. These are possibly from a boiserie room.
