This contemporary female portrait is inspired by Jamiroquai’s iconic song Cosmic Girl. While listening to it, I imagined how this character might look — and that vision transformed into a painting. She emerged as a figure balanced between reality and virtuality: sharp geometric lines, bold hair, and striking glasses create her unique presence. Neon tones illuminate the composition, amplifying the “cosmic” aura that surrounds her.
The work is created in mixed media on paper, measuring 50 × 70 cm. A protective varnish enhances the vibrancy of the colours and ensures a polished, lasting finish for years to come.
