Cirano Castelfranchi (Genoa 1912-Florence 1973) was an Italian artist active in Milan, originally from Brera, known for his views of Milan.
He was born in Genoa on July 2, 1912. He has always lived in Milan. He paints with oils and watercolors as a self-taught artist. He attended the Brera drawing school. Since 1934 he has exhibited in regional and national exhibitions, and in 1942 he was awarded at the exhibition of Young Italian Painters in Palermo. His works can be found in private collections in Italy and abroad-New York, Paris, London. In 1934 he painted a series of paintings with views of Milan.
