About the Item
Felix Samuel Pfefferkorn grew up without parents. Because his parents lost their lives in a bombing raid, he was raised as an orphan. He has been missing since January 1, 1980.
His life has taken him to various locations: Paris, Zurich, Heidelberg, and Singen.
In Heidelberg, he became a member of a commune, where he met Rudi Dutschke.
He was deeply interested in the topic of Germany.
At the beginning of 1970, he lived in Konstanz. In 1980, he left for America, and there has been no sign of his life since.
Pfefferkorn is one of Rainer Fetting, Helmut Middendorf, and Jiri Georg Dokoupil (also known as the "Young Fierce" or "Berlin Wilde"), all working at the same time.
His works are shown alongside works by Jörg Immerdorff, Gerhard Richter, and A.R. Penk.
