This interior painting, "Waiting for Train", is a 40x30 oil painting on canvas by artist Beth Dacey depicting multiple figures in an open train hall. Multiple figures are depicted in period specific wear standing staring away from the viewer. While other figures are caught in motion and a moment of time. Beth paints from old photographs, primarily from the 1950's and 1960's. She will crop out facial features of the people which allows the viewer to relate to the painting in their own way.
